TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Bath TCG Ltd (trading as Norton TCG Singles),
a company registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER],
registered office 84B High Street, Radstock, BA3 2DE, United Kingdom.
Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bath TCG Ltd.

By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and card condition
We sell single trading cards and sealed trading card products. Cards are
second-hand collectibles and are graded by hand. The condition grade stated
on each listing (Near Mint, Excellent, Good, Light Played, Played or Poor)
reflects our honest assessment of that card.

Product images may be stock images of the card in question rather than the
exact copy you receive. Where the image is of the specific card, the listing
will say so. Minor variation within a stated condition grade is normal.

Card prices move with the market. We may change prices at any time without
notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

3. Orders and stock
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. As singles are one-off
items, occasionally a card sells elsewhere before we can pull it. If we cannot
fulfil part of your order, we will contact you and refund that part in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we believe
a listing contained an obvious pricing or description error, or where an order
appears fraudulent.

4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout in GBP. Orders are dispatched once payment has
cleared.

5. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out on our Shipping page.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to
you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellation
Your rights to return items are set out in our Refund policy and on our
Returns page. As a UK consumer buying online, you generally have 14 days from
receipt to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods, subject to the
exceptions in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms
affects your statutory rights.

7. Age and capacity
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to
place an order.

8. Intellectual property
Trading card games, card artwork, logos and character names are the
intellectual property of their respective publishers. We are an independent
reseller of single cards and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by any card game publisher. Publisher names are used only to
describe the products we sell.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or copy our
listings in bulk, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so,
including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for
fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to
the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for changes in the
market value of any card after purchase.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this
page at the time you place an order is the version that applies.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
