How we pack your cards
Every single goes into a penny sleeve and a toploader, then into a rigid card mailer, so it arrives in the same condition it left us. Larger orders are packed with extra protection.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and bank holidays, go out the next working day.
Delivery options and prices
Postage is calculated by the weight of your order, so the options below appear automatically at checkout. As a rough guide, up to around 12 cards fits our letter rates.
Smaller orders (up to around 12 cards)
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter: £2.00
- Royal Mail 1st Class Letter: £3.00
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter Signed For: £3.00
- Royal Mail 1st Class Letter Signed For: £4.00
Larger orders
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter: £4.00
- Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter: £5.00
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter Signed For: £5.00
- Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter Signed For: £6.00
High value orders
- Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (insured to £750): £8.50
We recommend a signed for or Special Delivery option on any order you would not want to lose. Untracked letter post is not insured, and we cannot be held responsible for untracked orders lost by Royal Mail.
Where we deliver
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Tracking
Where your chosen delivery method includes tracking, you will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we will look into it with Royal Mail.
