How do you grade card condition?
Every single is graded by hand and the grade is shown on the listing. We use six grades:
- Near Mint - looks freshly opened, no visible wear
- Excellent - very light handling wear only
- Good - minor edge or surface wear, still tournament playable in a sleeve
- Light Played - noticeable wear such as small nicks or light scratching
- Played - clear wear on edges, corners or surface
- Poor - heavy wear, creasing or other significant damage
If a card arrives worse than its stated grade, we will replace or refund it. See our returns page.
Do you sell foils?
Yes. Where a card is available as a foil, you can choose Foil or Normal on the listing. Foils are priced separately as they are a different printing.
What languages do you stock?
Language is shown as an option on each listing, so you can pick the printing you want where more than one is available.
Which games do you stock?
We carry singles across Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, Riftbound, Digimon, Cardfight!! Vanguard and Star Wars Unlimited. Browse them all from the Shop by Game menu.
The card I want is out of stock. Can you get it in?
Our card stock is reliant on others selling us those cards. In some circumstances we may be able to source a card for you but often it will be a case of keeping an eye on our stock to see if it comes available again.
How are cards packed?
Sleeved, placed inside a toploader and sent in a rigid card mailer, with extra protection on larger orders. Full details on our shipping page.
Can I combine multiple cards into one order?
Yes. Add as many singles as you like to your cart and they ship together in one package.
